Ali Syed

Ali is the founding director of Ali Syed CPA Professional Corporation.
He has worked in accounting and tax for more than 15 years. Over this time, he has worked with various large organizations including top Canadian and European firms and financial institutions.
Ali has a vast experience in accounting for businesses and individually owned/operated corporations. He has advised hundreds of his clients on various tax matters relating to personal and businesses. He has a deep understanding of Canadian taxes rules.
Ali is a member of the Chartered Professionals Accountants of Ontario (CPA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). H has also completed his Master’s in Professional Accounting from the University of London. He has also successfully completed CPA Canada In-depth tax program. This program is the most comprehensive and sought-after tax program in Canada offered by CPA Canada.

Aysha Manzoor

CIMA, CGMA
Aysha Manzoor has been working with Ali Syed CPA Professional Corporation from the very start. Aysha manages the bookkeeping and the technology side of the business.
She has a very diversified skill set and qualification. She has worked in accounting, IT and project management for over 15 year. She has worked with most of the major bank, media houses and multinational corporation in Canada.
Recently Aysha has shifted her focus towards virtual / fractional CFO role. Given her background in management accounting, information technology and project management, she is focusing on helping IT start-ups and other SMEs to grow their business. Her key areas of focus in addition to financial reporting and budgeting are building strategy, creating efficiency and implementing change.
Aysha is a member of the Chartered Institute Of Management Accountants (CIMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountants (CGMA).
